AI extraction can sometimes produce errors or hallucinations. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of data presented on this dashboard.
You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the medical records you upload or have explicit consent from the owner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any generated public sharing links associated with your account.
You acknowledge that your uploaded documents will be processed by third-party Large Language Models (such as Google Gemini Flash) for the sole purpose of optical character recognition and contextual extraction. The Service does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the extracted lab results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators and operators of the ALAB Dashboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any health risks, loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from errors in the AI extraction or misinterpretation of the visual data.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
