- Medical Documents: Laboratory test results (PDF or ZIP files) that you explicitly upload to the platform.
- Extracted Data: Information extracted from your documents, including test names, dates, numerical values, and reference ranges.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used exclusively to provide you with the dashboard services:
- Creating a chronological timeline of your health markers.
- Using AI (Google Gemini) to read, categorize, and sort your medical tests.
- Providing secure shareable links if you explicitly choose to share your results.
3. Third-Party Services
We leverage industry-standard third-party providers to process your data securely:
- Google Generative AI (Gemini): Used strictly for extracting data from uploaded documents. We do not permit Google to use your private documents to train its public models.
- Object Storage (AWS S3 compatible): Used to securely store your original uploaded files in private, non-public buckets.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
You have full control over your data. You can delete your entire medical history and extracted data at any time using the "Clear Data" button in your dashboard. Original files will be kept in our secure cloud storage strictly as your private archive and backup unless you request full account deletion.
